​Workshop Format
Workshops begin with the telling of a world story. Themes and archetypes of the story are then discussed with participants identifying with how the story is alive within their own life.
​
In response to questions posed: participants re-enact an event from their life, create and give voice to a character that represents an aspect of themselves. Exercises promote engagement with our body's and being able to access and give voice to our body's wisdom. Participants support each other by witnessing and occasionally playing a role in the re-enactment of another's life story.

Experiential Astrology

Move beyond a mental exploration of your birth chart and engage in exercises that allow you to embody and bring your chart to life. You will draw on the wisdom of your body and give access to what lies just beneath your conscious mind. Through play and improvisation, explore the archetypes that lie at the foundation of who you are and how you approach life. Realizations that occur during the workshop can release hidden potentials and empower you to move forward with greater connection to yourself and to life.

The workshop will focus on Neptune and Saturn. As they both enter Aries this spring, they initiate a new cycle and new beginnings. You will explore what these two planets are for you and then how they are stimulating your own potential by discovering how they interact with the planets in your birth chart.
No experience in astrology or theater is necessary, just an intention to play, to explore and to express what is alive within you.
